Emily Y. Chan does more than dream art but it's a significant fraction of her work. These are only a sample. If you like surrealism, Deviantart in particular has a lot of old sketches that are quite spooky. I'm a timid soul, so my selection below has fewer monsters than a random scoop (still quite a few...)
These are arranged with the oldest at the top, so you can see her evolution from raw nightmares to more color and confidence. Hunter (three dreams on the same theme) shows this slow improvement especially well. Though Chan likes creepy just fine, so maybe "improvement" is just me.
