Charlie's Kitchen
Dreamed c.2016 by Deirdre Barrett
I am walking through Harvard Square late at night. Buildings are lit up festively but it's pretty deserted. I notice creatures scampering around up on the roofs. I realize they live up there all the time and I'm amazed that I've never noticed them before. A few descend into the street, and I understand that they venture down only in the night.
This image is of a Charlie's Kitchen with the creatures emerging from it--the first in a series I'm making based on wandering through the Square in that dream.
