MICROGRAPH

1991? A nondream digital micrography by Chris Wayan

Micrography is a technique invented centuries ago by obsessive-compulsive monks. They'd copy some holy text, even the entire Bible in small print, on one huge sheet, then bold-face some words, using them like Stone Age pixels, to create a picture of God.

Well, I tried it in bloody color, with a midnight rant for scripture, and my girlfriend, Nightmare, for God.

Red mare with golden mane on a black field, showing through the white text of a rant on what it's like being psychic in a materialist culture.
