Monterey Bay and Big Sur

This list includes all the Central California coast, between Santa Barbara and the Bay Area, but most are from Santa Cruz County, where I lived for years. Rednecks and hippies, redwoods and garlic festivals, silly cults and health fads--but not coincidentally, Santa Cruz County has the healthiest population in the US. So as the song says, "Let your freak flag fly".
