I dreamed I was blinding myself to be pure. You see, focusing on mere appearance leads to racism and sexism--so only the blind know truth! In the dream, I had to argue with my eyelids to stop them sealing shut forever!

So I drew myself trying to carve a new me with eyes open. But soon it wasn't clear who was the subject and who the object! The new me glared and leered at my naked body... and finally the cliff-face spoke these words:

I carve and I crave,
but my stone face
still has voyeur-lips:
I'm still sight's slave.

I carve a face in a cliff, that leers at me for being naked.
