Perhaps this list should be merged with ghosts, below. I've tried to make the (admittedly subtle) distinction: ghosts are specifically the spirits of the dead; while souls are... otherwise. The dreams below show just how diverse "otherwise" can be. There are also a few dreams that don't feature souls as much as explain them, like Gennadius below.
