Flying and Levitation
So dream-flying, for me, is about expectations--low or high. Mechanics matter too, of course--effort and skill may be needed. But under all that is the question: are you settling for a life that's (pardon the pun) pedestrian?
Two flight dreams in planes are listed--both dreamt in places and times when planes were unheard of. I've also list a few non-dream virtual planets like Lyr and Venus Unveiled where gravity and air pressure conspire to make dreamlike flight possible, where flight shapes whole societies--even whole species.
